Pastor Vasiliy Botsyan - pastor@cityhill.tv
Pastor Vasiliy Botsyan was born in Ukraine into a pastor’s home. His father and grandfather were put in prison for preaching the Gospel. After Vasiliy married Nelya, they decided to relocate to Ural, Russia together to plant a church in the city of Asbest. While serving as pastors, the church grew to 700 members and became the mother church to 40 other new church plants. Pastor Vasiliy mentored pastors, equipped leaders and served as the Bishop of the Ural Region in the Pentecostal Union of Evangelicals, overseeing 120 churches. In 2005, Pastor Vasiliy delegated his church in Asbest to faithful leaders and his family moved to Yekaterinburg, Russia to plant a new church. In a few years, the church attendance reached several hundred.

In May 2010, Pastor Vasiliy, along with his family, immigrated to the United States to establish City On A Hill Church. His wife Nelya is a great contributor to the ministry. They have three sons: Alex, Paul and Elijah. Alex and Paul are actively involved in youth ministry.
